Female Image : This is an introductory course that is mandatory and required for all clients. This includes, but is not limited to: make-up, fashion coordination and wardrobe, health and fitness, hairstyling, visual poise, social awareness, communications and vocal expression, personal growth, and final review. Male Image : This is an introductory course and is a mandatory requirement of all clients. This includes, but is not limited to: skincare, fashion coordination and wardrobe, health and fitness, hair, print and modeling, social awareness, communications and vocal expressions, personal growth, and final review. T.V. 1 Commercials : Clients will learn the basic acting techniques necessary to perform a great commercial. This includes, but is not limited to: Knowing the audition, the business and techniques of acting, copy breakdown preparation, dialogue copy, one liners, taglines, pantomime, improvisation, spokesperson, infomercials, marketing tools, agent representation, call backs, casting director auditions, final audition, performance and test. T.V. 2 Soaps and Sitcoms: Clients will learn the basic acting techniques necessary to perform with the script for various television situations comedies, and soap operas. This includes, but is not limited to: Cold Reading, Slating, Audition Fundamentals, Language that is used on set, Script Analysis, Scene Study, Timing, and Pacing rhythm. Voice and Diction: Students will learn to speak clearly and express the applicable emotion and energy for the material on hand. This includes, but is not limited to: Increasing Memorization skills, Focus, Learning to break words into syllables for clear pronunciation, Playing with Vowels and Consonants, Proper posture and breathing exercises, Tongue Twisters and Story Telling, Projection and public speaking. Runway: Students will learn the basics for runway modeling. This includes, but is not limited to: goal setting, posture, poise, model stance, professional model’s appearance, remove jackets, basic turns, fashion shows, attitude, mock auditions, basic choreographed rehearsals and appropriate dressing. Commercial Print: Clients will learn the basics for print modeling. Print ads are generally in catalogs, billboards, magazines, etc. This includes, but is not limited to: professional model’s appearance, model stance fashion wardrobe, poise, posture, and posing for the camera. Imporovisation: Clients will learn the art of improvisation and applying it in their acting as well as auditions. This includes, but is not limited to: objectives, characterization, motivation, partner work, playing the moment, creative expression, role playing, opening the imagination, applying these skills to scene work and auditions. Cold Reading: Students will learn cold reading skills and apply it in their acting as well as auditions. This includes, but is not limited to: reading scripts, audition skills, getting the callback, character development, reading with a partner, and camera technique. Audition Techniques: Clients will learn how to audition to their fullest potential in a variety of settings. This class includes, but is not limited to: on-camera auditions, pantomime/ improvisation, analyzing copy, one-Liners, Vignettes, Sliced-of-Life Auditions, and Casting Director relationships. Monologue: Clients will learn characterizations. This includes, but is not limited to: preparation, technical rhythm, movement and emotions, beats, delivery, voice and diction, review and rehearse. |
